Shuffle Love Song : Reality Bites!

Here we come again with Hard Rock FM 87.6 FM Jakarta - Good Morning Hard Rocker Show (GMHR), today story is about their segment on Shuffle Love Songs. There is a guy named Rio and her ‘in love’ dearest named Gladys.

Rio sending an email to Hard Rock FM and ask them to read his request on air so that the public will know what will happened in the future with his own relationship with Gladys. He had the friend turn to be ‘hopefully’ girlfriend for almost a year. They were enjoying so much spending some time together by chit-chatting, watchin’ movies, eat somewhere outside, etc.

This is the day when Rio move forward pumping up his courage to let the girl know about his feeling. Ari Kirana & Desta (Hard Rock announcer) then calling the girl and let her know that she’s on air. Here it is some sort of their conversation :

Announcer : Gladys, selamat Pagi, kita Ari & Desta dari Hard Rock FM,
sekarang kamu lagi on air nih…
Gladys : Hah, beneran? Lagi on air di Radio? Kok bisa, dalam rangka apa?
Announcer : Sebentar yah ada yg mau ngomong sama kamu…

Rio : Ehmm….Gladys? Apa kabar…
Gladys : Siapa sih ini?
Rio : Mmm… Ini Rio, ada yang mau gue omongin sama lo, penting banget,
dis…
Gladys : Hah? Kenapa harus on air yah? Kenapa harus di depan public gini?
Emangnya gak bisa ngomongnya diantara kita berdua aja?
Rio : Justru Dis, saking senengnya gue mau ngomongin ini, supaya
seantero Jakarta tau kalo gue lagi bahagia…
Gladys : Aduh, Rio, gue gak suka nih yang public-publik gini… Ngapain sih
emang?!
Rio : Kenapa sih, Kok segitu gak sukanya? Mmm.. Gini, Dis, sebenarnya
selama ini gue tuh sayang sama lo lebih dari seorang teman…
Gladys : Hah? Hmmmhh, Gini loh Rii..Oooo… Gue itu menganggap lo sebagai
teman biasa dan gak lebih. Rada susah kayaknya kalo kita udah
terlalu lama dan selalu menjadi teman terus tiba-tiba harus ada
sesuatu yang special di antara kita? Dan sekali lagi gue gak suka
public seperti ini…
Rio : Kenapa sih, sampe segitunya? Please, gue harus tau alasan lo…
Gladys : Kenapa sih lo harus ngotot banget? Lo bener-bener harus tau
kenapa ya? Begini ya Rio, karena….

Moral of the story :
Hey, Reality bites wasn’t it? Somehow there is maybe some kind of person who take him/her self in a higher social status by others. Who breakdown others by some social recognition (social status, may he/she is a ‘money maker’ or a ‘debt maker’, where do you family come from, etc)…
Phieeeww,, Good for Rio because of his failed to propose Gladys as his girlfriend…
But, again, this is reality, this is life…
Like or dislike this is what we should have been through in life…
