The Flower of Love

Dear Fellas,
Last Saturday me and Noyboy attending my peers daughter wedding at Arkadia Building, Jakarta. We saw a lot of people and few friends there. What a surprise that I meet my X-boss, Mrs. Wiwin, she’s coming with her husband and she says that they were connected to the groom since the male groom has worked at Detik.com.
Ah, We can say that “this world is a small places”, we just connected each other by many ways.
And FYI, We received this wedding souvenir :

At the end of ceremony, the brides thrown up a bucket of flowers given to lucky ones who still eligible to have brides blessing. Poor me, Noyhands didn’t catch those bucket, but he try to give me another roses, a white and red ones. That was sweet hunny, thanks for the flower.

Alohaaaa,,

We can call this sunny friday as fry-day, since today temperature were relatively hot! Agree??..
Okey, hey listen, i want to tell you if tommorrow will gonna be :

And noyboy will be coming to Jakarta, and we'll gonna spent a super quality time..For sure, tommorrow we'll attending a Wedding at Nestle Building, Mr Djarot will have his daughter married, he is one of my peer in Truba.
Noyboy supposed to be bring me this from Bandung :

But seems he can't bring me those,, why? why? pliss hunny.. I really want to eat those things. *Manja* hhehehehe . Here are our latest conversation this afternoon (in Bahasa)
Him : Ibuu, Bapaa gak lewat tempat cireng isi besok..
Me : Yah, Bapaa, Ibuu pengen banget niy..
Him : Yaudah, kalo Bapaa beli Cireng dulu, berarti bapaa ke rumah dulu, jadi ke jakartanya siang, hayo pilih mana?
ME : ouuuu,, kok gitu! yaudah berangkat ke Jakarta pagi-pagi tapi lho yaaa
*tidak diberi kesempatan memilih*

Online Business Ideas

Me again coming to the post (again), since noyboy can’t subscribe any of paperwork atleast for this entire week, so Me decided to Inform you guys about Online Business.

Anyone have some Ideas to build your own business start from Online?
And again I’ve got this information from E-Youth Seminar by Attending Dianarikasari seminar.

Becoming entrepreneur wasn’t as fun as it is, because it needed a lot of smart work (not work hard). Why you should be smart? Since Online customer was your fully potential customer, I’ve got some info that internet users in Indonesia in the 2011 almost 39.100.000 peoples (wow!),and makes us spotted in the 8th position of global internet users. And most of them were using mobile phone (we can say blackberry community or android community). This was a huge opportunity to become a successful online player by optimizing internet access. We should determined which costumer characteristic you should approaches ? Because customers nowadays were smart, they would choose anything best and many of them enjoying so much with high quality stuff and its reasonable price.

Oke we are starting with question : WHY?

Why you would like to build your own online business :
1. I wanna make money
2. I want an extra income
3. I want to become my own boss
4. I want to make a difference

From this point we can conclude that we should born a great idea to make this business run well.

Regarding the idea we can start it by looking something simple from our daily experiences. After having your great ideas we should be realistic when we have to implemented that into real. Why don’t you start with a research, a very simple research. Ask to your nearest friends, if you produce this or that would they buy it? Put your research into online also a great idea. Announce your idea into twitter of facebook or any social media tools. See others respond and keep it up as your reference to build this business.

Next stage is to create a clear your Brand Values, HOW? The ingredients are :
1. Put PASSION on it
Passion is a very strong feeling about something or a strong belief in
something. If you have a passion for something, you have a very strong interest
in it and like it very much.
Let’s have an example from dianarikasari online business UP.
She told us (seminar participants) that she heart shoes and would love to do
anything to have a good quality of shoes. But then as we knows that good shoes
related to exclusive brands which absolutely will giving you an extra effort to
your purse when you decide to purchase the stuff (since it had super expensive
and unreasonable prices). She put forward this idea into UP store, whereas she
could embrace his passion about shoes and make sure everything will go well and
perfect.
2. Expand good PROFIT
Diana’s believe that “GREED LEADS TO FAILURE”, so she reminds us to be FAIR. Give customers good quality products with reasonable price. And also make sure this profit quite enough to fulfill your self (we could say you could pay a salary atleast for your self)
3. Give the suitable PURPOSE for it
When Diana decided to build her UP she keep the promises that every shoes she made should have a prefect condition and still comfortable. And don’t forget to share your profit to others. Since God will very pleased when we can have any kind of charity. Diana’s commits to donate Rp.5.000,- for every purchase of shoes from UP.

Lastly, Business is about love, business is about taking care of a baby, we should take care of them every day, handle it with tenderly. And not to forget to always : Pray Hard, Study Hard, Work Smart, and enjoy your Playhard.

What to do when you meet ‘price police’ customer ?

Heiya, we’re back..

After attending E-Youth seminar last week I would like to share my knowledge to all of The Hartanto’s Family readers. The topics are around entrepreneurship and this day I would love to inform you all, some tips when you have to meet with this ‘price police’ kind of customer ?

What was it?

The story begins with… Heheh.
Oke,oke, the point is, I take this idiom (‘price police’ customer) since they usually push seller to reduce our nett price *sigh* by saying “ I’ve got better price from others, their prices are lower then yours!”.. and the bla..bla..bla.. and they threatened you (seller), when u can’t give them discounted prices they will not buy your stuff) *ouww gosh!

Have you lately doing some matters with this kind of customer? Or Are you them?

If ME was them, I would never ask lower prices by saying that (yeah, because I’m also the seller). And this is my Problem Solving anyway :

How to deal with ‘price police’ customer?
1. You have to Focus on yourself into your own classified customer.
What I mean is, everyone shouldn’t be your customer. If they didn’t fit your price, let them see another seller.
Doesn’t mean you refuse any possibilities to have abundance of valuable customers, because I do believe, God already put in a right track of our own luck & fortune.
2. Explain to them that, quality never fails, and prices belong to them.
3. Every seller have had establish their own profit, so we can’t blame one who enjoy to have less profit or to have more profit.
In E-youth Seminar Aidil Akbar Madjid (one of financial check up tutor), said that seller should take profit around 100% or less. WHY? Since as we clearly know many of customer, obviously expect bout large number of discounted prices!! (yeaaahhh).. So Good seller should already prepare for this kind of situation by share some extra profit to satisfy customer desire about purchase something with its lower prices. *fiuhh*
4. The last tips was : Be Patient and Keep it easy
Sometimes meet up with this kind of customer makes us to become a hotheaded man (agree??), so what we have to do is? Yupp.. Be Patient. That’s just it!

Don't know how to say, but this is soo much interesting when we have a space to share to others bout ourself (relationship thingy) or any information related to our daily life plus have an added value to others.

My fiancé or future husband name : Nino T Hartanto. (no wonder I decided to put his last name into this blog right? Hehe..). He is such a perfect partner for me, why? He is nice, lovely, patient (supeeerrr), caring, sweeeettss and so on.. You can call him "noyboy"
Me my self : Wullan T. Me height 165 cm, wearing veil, nice, pretty, (arrghh what did I said to my self?! Hihih, let him explain bout me in the next post). In this blog just call me :"Angelinhere"
We are both 25^th years old this year insaallah (2011) and of course we are moslem.
Indonesian says “tak kenal maka tak sayang” so this is Us?
